1. Return Policy
Goods sold are non-returnable.
2. Warranty
We offer one year for all tablet products and 90 days warranty for accessories.
Warranty commences from the date of purchase.
For customers residing in Singapore, you would need to carry in your faulty products
to our customer care center located at:

For customers residing outside Singapore, you may contact us within our operating hour
or email us to arrange for the faulty product or accessories to be sent to our customer
center in Singapore.
3. Order Confirmation, Payment Notification and Order Tracking
As proof of receipt of your order, you shall receive an email copy of your order from us.
Your order will be confirmed upon the clearance of payment and availability of the products
and/or accessories you have purchased. Once confirmed, you shall be notified again via email.
Also, you will be able to check the status of your current purchase from the Online Store
under the Members Area.
4. Shipping
Your order will be dispatched out within 3 working days upon confirmation of order.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If you have supplied us with an
incorrect shipping address that result in your shipment being returned back to us,
you will have to bear the return shipment charges imposed by the shipping provider.
For delivery within Singapore, it will be free and our orders department shall contact
you prior to delivery.
For delivery outside of Singapore, we offer three modes of shipping: Standard Shipping,
Courier (Pre-Paid) Shipping and Courier (Freight Collect) Shipping. However, some mode of
shipping may not be available to some countries.
Standard Shipping
We are using the Speedpost Air Parcel for Standard Shipping. You may find the Price Chart
and estimated delivery time here. Shipment tracking is available only for some countries at
Speedpost website.
Courier (Pre-Paid) Shipping
We are using Speedpost Worldwide Courier(EMS) for Courier (Pre-Paid) Shipping. You may find the
Price Chart and estimated delivery time here. Shipment tracking is available at
Speedpost website.
Courier (Freight Collect) Shipping
You may use your designated courier service (limited only to FedEx, DHL, UPS courier services)
for your shipping. You would need to supply us with your courier account and you will pay for
your shipping directly to your designated courier service. Your current purchase will not be
charged for shipping. However, the handling fee will still be levied.
EyePower Games disclaims all responsibilities of goods being damaged due to shipping. Insurance
may be provided by the respective shipping provider. If you require added shipping insurance for
your purchase, we would advise you to do a courier (freight collect) shipping. If you have any

5. Handling Fees
We charge a handling fee of 15% of the Courier Shipping Costs (regardless of the mode of
shipping you choose) for all purchases.
6. Payment Instruction
We offer three modes of payment for your purchase: Credit Card, Cheque and Telegraphic Transfer.
Credit Card Payment
Currently we only accept SGD Dollar for payment by Credit card.
Our online payment gateway's (PayPal) process for accepting cards is more stringent and
complicated. This process helps prevent the use of stolen and unauthorized cards. Since
this process is very complex, it does occasionally affect valid cards. The denial of your
credit card is not reflective of your credit worthiness. In cases where a valid card fails
our system checks, we suggest that you try another credit card in the system.
Cheque Payment
Payment by cheque is only available for customers residing in Singapore and purchase order
will only be confirmed upon the clearance of the cheque by our bank. Cheques should be crossed
and made payable to "EyePower Games Private Limited". Please write the order number(s), your name
and contact number on the reverse of your cheque. Please do not send post-dated cheque and mail
your cheque to:

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
When you have chosen to pay for your purchase via telegraphic transfer, information on bank
remittance will be displayed on the screen. Purchase Order will only be confirmed upon the
receipt of the payment. Transfer time defers from bank to bank, and country to country.
You will have to bear the T/T charges imposed by your bank. If there is any discrepancy in
payment, we will contact you and purchase order will be put on hold until the discrepancy has
been resolved.

7. Unable to Fulfill Order
If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order and we are not able to
provide any work around, we shall refund the full payment you have made to us, which does not
include fees and charges you may have paid to other parties, like banks for example.
8. Personal Information
All information and data collected will be solely for internal marketing analysis
and promotional purposes. We take great care to protect your personal data and will
not disclose or sell these information to third parties. Keeping your personal data
safe is our top priority.
9. Operating Hours
Our online store is opened 24/7. Customer care center is opened from Monday to Friday,
9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.
